Concrete Repair Products
DiamaPro has a complete line of concrete repair products to fix any polished concrete surface. All DiamaPro fill and grout products are designed for extreme durability. DiamaJoint Fill Plus is infused with an antimicrobial additive to prevent the growth of bacteria that can cause stains, odors, and deterioration. These products are quick to cure, getting your surface usable in no time at all.
Concrete Seal and Strengthener Products
Products like DiamaHard Silicate Hardener can increase the durability of your concrete surface. The product can be used on new or existing concrete surfaces. The proprietary formula increases the surface abrasion resistance of broom, trowel, and polished concrete, as well as colored and dyed concrete.
The formula penetrates below the surface of the concrete to fill microvoids and become an integral part of the structure. It increases the service life of your surface and increases resistance to weathering.
DiamaGuard Exceptional Stain Defender is a penetrating sealer and stain repellent for dyed and polished concrete. This product helps protect the surface from oil and water-based stains. The sealant blocks liquid from entering the surface by forming a hydrophobic barrier without altering the gloss or slip-resistance of the floor.
Colors and Dyes
Diama-Color is a water or acetone-induced coloring agent that can be used to dye polished or sealed concrete floors. Coloring is a one-step process with Diama-Color. Simply mix with water or a VOC-exempt solvent and apply. The formulation contains UV buffers to enhance and retain bright colors.
Concrete Slurry Clean-Up
DiamaPro offers a range of products to help make clean-up fast and easy. Slurry Sponge is an economical blend of drying polymers and bentonite clays. It can be used with water, cement/water slurry, silt, and many water-based paints that require solid disposal. Once combined with liquid, the product immediately forms a very stable, non-flowing solid.
Slurry Sponge can absorb up to 300 times its weight in wastewater. It captures the solids component of the slurry, allowing the water to evaporate which reduces the overall weight over time. The solidified slurry will pass the EPA – -TCLP and paint filter test, allowing for compliant disposal into the landfill.
Concrete Floor Coatings
Coating products like DiamaPro Systems UV-HS Plus increase durability and protect from stains and chemical damage. The coatings are great for commercial, industrial, retail, and institutional floors that constantly withstand heavy machinery or foot traffic.
Unlike conventional concrete coatings, DiamaPro UV- HS Plus cures immediately with exposure to ultraviolet light. It quickly goes to work protecting floors with the absolute least amount of downtime or service interruption. It is also infused with Microban® Technology and begins resisting bacteria as soon as it comes into contact with the floor. It keeps floors cleaner by preventing damaging microbial growth before it can start.
