The PrepMaster® line has established itself as the premier piece of machinery for both surface preparation, concrete grinding and polishing. Its popularity is most attributed to two factors: versatility and reliability.

Prepmaster diamond grinders effectively prepare concrete surfaces, leaving the flooring surface ready for applications of new coating, tile, or carpet. The grinders quickly cut through the bulk of heavy, built-up adhesives, elastomeric coatings, water membranes and other coatings. They flatten and smooth the surface, removing minor imperfections. Models may be configured to perform both milling and grinding, or simply grinding.

Prepmaster is proud to announce its newest offering of surface profilers and scarifiers. For bulk removal of concrete, where grinding is not an option, we now offer the full line of Von Arx equipment.

High-build coatings, uneven control joints and spalled concrete is not a problem.

For the polishing contractor that likes to provide what we commonly call "poor Man's Terrazzo" (exposed aggregate), we also offer the DTF25 that will make quick work of shaving the top 1/8" - 1/4" from the concrete's surface so that exposed aggregate concrete polishing is fast and cheap to achieve.

Prepmaster vacs eliminate hazardous airborne dust. These units are mobile and versatile, and allow the systems to operate completely dust free.
